Both currently enrolled and new Year 5 students who are interested in joining the term 2 Year 5 English Extension classes must sit a grading test. Successful students will be notified by email two weeks after the test.
The grading test will be held in our office. Please register your child in one of the exam sessions.
There will be no exceptions or alternative testing arrangements available. The test will be computer-based. Please bring your own device for the test.
Note the following:
Students already in an English Extension class are exempt.
Currently enrolled students who do not wish to join the English Extension class do not have to sit the test.
Currently enrolled students who sit the test will have their term performance taken into consideration.
This grading test consists of 35 multiple-choice questions. Students have 40 minutes to complete the test.
