Year 5 Creative Writing Enrichment
This course is designed to provide activities that will help students enrich their creative writing skills. Although some time will be spent on the mechanics of grammar and punctuation, the focus will be on skills and techniques such as the use of figurative language and imagery, and the way that a narrative can be structured to grab a reader’s attention. These will make a piece of writing stand out – in a good way! Students who have signed up to participate in ICAS will learn the writing skills that are needed to succeed.
