Year 5 Poetry Workshop
In this challenging poetry enrichment course, students will be exposed to a diverse range of poems as they learn to decode language and look beyond the literal. With a focus on critical reading, students will learn to analyse a poem by understanding context, theme, tone and techniques to unlock the deeper meaning of the text and appreciate author’s craft.
