This course is aimed at Year 8 and 9 students who already have a decent understanding of mathematics, but would like to increase their knowledge, speed and accuracy through developing competition-style thinking. The course both builds a strong mathematical foundation and explores extracurricular and senior-level maths topics, thereby providing a strong platform to jumpstart the students’ mathematical journey sthroughout high school and mediates success for high school, HSC, competitions such as the AMC and beyond.
