Year 4 OC Preparation

This course is designed to help students develop a strong foundation for the different sections of the OC Placement Test. Students will spend about a-third of each lesson on each section (Reading Comprehension, Thinking Skills, and Mathematical Reasoning). 

  • Enhance reading skills in narrative and poetry
  • Introduce and develop the foundations for mastering the cloze and linked extracts sub-sections
  • Introduce typical Thinking Skills questions
  • Build mathematical reasoning skills and help students to employ critical thinking in mathematical reasoning
  • Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
