This course is designed to provide enrichment activities in Maths, Reading and Writing.
In the 1.5-hour English session, students will extend their comprehension, analysis, and interpretation skills in a range of text types, from information reports to arguments to narratives. The reading texts will provide a platform for them to learn writing skills such as sequencing, combining sentences and using punctuation. Students will complete a daily in-class writing activity on the first four days.
In the 1-hour Maths session, students will consolidate their knowledge in all key mathematical areas (such as numbers and arithmetic, and measurement and data) and apply it to solve problems in different contexts.
